Sound Bath Information

What do I bring & wear

You are invited to wear comfortable clothing for all sessions.

Optional items to bring:

  • Socks

  • Your own pillow

  • Journal

  • Personal crystals

A selenite recharge station will be available throughout your session if you’d like to cleanse and recharge your crystals.

Digital Wellbeing

  • Please place phones on silent during sessions.

  • This is your sacred time to reconnect with your inner bliss.

  • Smart watches are also recommended to be on silent.

  • Photos/videos may be taken before sessions only for personal memories or social sharing.

Pre-Session Preparation
For best results, please avoid:

  • Caffeine

  • Alcohol

  • Stimulants

For 4 hours prior to your session.

This supports deeper relaxation and nervous system regulation.

After Your Session
If possible, allow yourself gentle time after your session. Avoid rushing straight back into “to-do mode” — this helps extend the benefits of your experience and supports integration.

Aimee is a Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master, Meditation Teacher, and Holistic Wellness Coach. Her sessions are designed to support and gently guide you back to your inner bliss with compassion, presence & soul warmth.
