Bubs & Bliss
A Wildly Bliss Experience for Parents & Their Babies.
Motherhood is beautiful… But it can also feel overwhelming, lonely and exhausting. You can love your baby deeply, yet you can still crave a moment to exhale & breathe and connect with woman.
Bliss & Babies is a soft, nurturing space where you can arrive exactly as you are… with your baby in your arms and nothing expected of you.
A soft place to exhale. To be held. To feel like yourself again.
This is not about doing more. It's an invitation to be held, seen & gently returned to your inner bliss.
What is Bubs & Bliss
Bliss & Bubs is a baby friendly Wildly Bliss experience designed to support both parent and child through calm, connection & gentle nervous system regulation.
This is not a structured “mum & baby class'.
It's a relaxed, supportive space where you can simply be without pressure or expectation.
The Bubs & Bliss Experience
Each session is thoughtfully held to support both you & your baby in a calm, realistic and nurturing way.
A gentle, guided experience that meets you exactly where you are. Whatever that looks like on the day.
What you may experience:
A gentle Wildly Bliss sound bath to soothe both parent & baby
Simple, practical tools to support your nervous system
Baby calming & bonding practices you can take home
Guided grounding and breathwork
Oracle card reflection and intuitive support
A softly styled sensory environment through sound, scent and atmosphere
Space to connect with other parents walking a similar path
A warm herbal tea you might actually get to drink while it’s still hot.
While Aimee gently facilitates the session, Amy is present in the space offering quiet, supportive care. This may look like holding your baby for a moment, soothing them beside you, or giving you space to breath.
Your baby remains in your care at all times. This is not childcare, simply extra support when you need it
Bubs & Bliss Community: You’ll also be welcomed into a private Facebook Bubs & Bliss community. A space for real connection, open conversations and ongoing support beyond the sessions.

Connection returns. Nervous systems soften. Parents remember they are not alone.

Meet your hosts Aimee & Amy
Together, Aimee & Amy create a space that is both practical and nurturing. A space where babies are welcomed exactly as they are and mums are supported just as much. A space that feels safe, calm and human.
Between Aimee & Amy they bring years of experience supporting families through early parenthood, alongside their own lived experience of motherhood.
They understand sleepless nights. The emotional rollercoaster. The joy. The overwhelm. And the moments where you just need someone to say, “you’re doing okay.”
You matter too.
Amy
Amy is a mum of three little ones under five, living the real, unfiltered version of motherhood the juggle, the noise, the love, the exhaustion… and everything in between.
With a background in early childhood care, Amy has worked as a daycare teacher, centre manager and full-time nanny, supporting families through the early years of development.
She brings both professional knowledge of child development and the lived, day-to-day reality of parenting young children.
Amy understands what mums are navigating, because she’s right there too.
During sessions, Amy is present to gently support with babies, allowing mums the space to soften, take a breath, and feel held while still remaining close and connected to their little ones.
Aimee
Aimee is the founder of Wildly Bliss and brings a deeply intuitive, holistic approach to supporting women through life’s transitions, including motherhood.
Aimee is a Reiki Master, holistic therapist, meditation teacher and human development practitioner, with years of experience supporting nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing and reconnection.
Alongside her work in the wellness space, Aimee spent six years as an active board member for a non-profit family centre supporting mums, dads and babies, where she implemented wellbeing initiatives, created workshops and classes, led community programmes and organised fundraising events.
This experience deeply grounds her work in the real, everyday needs of families, not just theory, but lived, practical support.
Her work blends science-informed understanding with holistic practices, creating spaces that feel both grounding and gently transformative.
Before stepping into Wildly Bliss, Aimee ran a successful styling and events business across New Zealand, creating experiences that brought people together in meaningful, memorable ways.
Now, her work & passion is centred around helping women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported in seasons that can often feel overwhelming.
